Ipca Laboratories Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, the resignation of Mr. Thembalath Ramachandran from the Board of Directors of the Company, who has resigned his directorship due to his business/ professional pre-occupation, has been accepted.
