Beeyu Overseas Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2008, has reconsidered the proposal of merger of Neelkanth Tea Company Ltd (NTCL) with Beeyu Overseas Ltd (BOL). It was decided by the Board to keep in abeyance the merger of NTCL with BOL. Therefore, both NTCL and BOL shall remain separate entities.
