Unimode Overseas Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 05, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. Consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2008.
2. Consider, the matter relating to putting the Company into members voluntary winding up under the provisions of Section 484(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1956 and for the purpose to make a declaration of Solvency.
