Surbhi Industries Ltd has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003, Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2008, resolved to de-list shares of the Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd and Vadodara Stock Exchange Ltd.
