PFL Infotech Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2008, 3,00,000 (Three Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 15/- per Share and 11,50,000 (Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand) fully convertible warrants of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, with an option to convert each one of them into one equity share of Rs 10/- each, after a period of one year at a conversion price of Rs 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) have been allotted to Sri. P Amresh Kumar, Hyderabad, promoter of the Company
