Muller & Phipps India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 05, 2008, inter alia, the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008 could not be approved since the accounts could not be finalized, hence also could not be fully audited.
The Board discussed the issue of completing the accounts and audit and also passed the resolution to make an application for extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting to be made to the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra
