Kdl Biotech Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 11, 2008 has allotted 72,72,727 Equity Shares of the Company to Unimark Remedies Ltd for cash at a price of Rs 12/- per Share (i.e. face value of Rs 10/- and a premium of Rs 2/- per Share) on preferential basis.
In view of the allotment of 72,72,727 equity shares of the Company to Unimark Remedies Ltd on preferential basis, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has been increased from the existing Rs 1676.24 lacs to Rs 2403.51 lacs
