Fact Enterprise Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2008, to consider extension of closing date of the Rights Issue of the Company.
It was decided in the Board Meeting that the ongoing Rights Issue of the Company would be extended till October 25, 2008 i.e. by a period of maximum 30 days, taking into consideration the continuous requests from the shareholders of the Company
