Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2008, has made the following appointments, with immediate effect:
1. Mr. Saroj Kumar Poddar as Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company;
2. Mr. Shyam S Bhartia as Co-chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company; and
3. Mr. Chandra Shekhar Nopany as an additional director of the Company
