Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on August 01, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Change of name of the Company from Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics Ltd to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Ltd.
2. Appointment of Dr. P Siva Kumar as Managing Director of the Company for the period of five years commencing from May 01, 2008.
3. Appointment of Mr. Anil Shankar as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing from May 15, 2008.
