Setco Automotive Ltd has informed that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 19, 2008, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:
1. Approval of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Report of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Declared dividend of 25% for the financial year 2007-2008.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Pratap Merchant as Director of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. Arun Arora as Director of the Company.
5. Re-appointment of Messrs. Manesh Mehta & Associates Vadodara, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company.
6. Regularisation of appointment of Mr. Udit Sheth as Director of the Company.
7. Appointment of Mr. Udit Sheth as Executive Director w.e.f. July 01, 2008 for a period of 5 years.
8. Delisting of equity shares from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
