Paper Products Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2008 has decided to transfer, sell or dispose off its closed Nagpur plant including its leasehold land and all other assets.
The Company is proceeding to get shareholders approval through Postal Ballot for aforesaid transfer, sell or dispose off its closed Nagpur Plant.
