Kew Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2008 has decided to convert 15,00,000 warrants to the investors including promoters who have exercised their option to convert these warrants into equity shares out of 70,00,000 nos. warrants allotted on December 11, 2006. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing shares.
