Take Solutions Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2008, inter alia, to Raise Funds through FCCB / CCCP / Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares or any other Convertible Instruments.
- The Committee had after deliberations, approved subject to such approvals from the Members in the General Meeting and subject to such applicable provisions of the Companies Act SEBI Guidelines raising of Funds for such amounts NOT Exceeding USD 150 Million through various instruments including FCCB / CCCP / Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares or any Convertible Instruments.
