Shri Bajrang Alloys Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 28, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Appointment of Mr. Anand Goel as the Managing Director of the Company, with effect from February 01, 2008 for a period of five years, on remuneration terms & conditions.
2. Increased the remuneration of Shri. Suresh Goel, Chairman with effect from February 01, 2008, on terms & conditions.
