1. To amalgamate following Companies with Maximaa Systems Ltd.
a) Mapara Furniture Pvt Ltd.
b) Good Living Shelters Pvt Ltd.
c) Meeras Real Estate Developers Pvt Ltd.
d) Meeras Land Developers Pvt Ltd.
2. To appoint valuer for valuation of assets and equity shares and to calculate exchange ratio of shares.
The Board has fixed January 01, 2008 as effective date for amalgamation.
