Marathwada Refractories Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 05, 2008, had resolved to shift the registered office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the state of Orissa.
Necessary petition is being filed with the Company Law Board for their necessary approvals.
