Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 29, 2008, have approved the issue of 25,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants (2008 Series) into Equity Shares to Promoter Group Company and other Bodies Corporate at a price of Rs 70/- per warrant.
