Rathi Udyog Ltd has informed the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 05, 2008, inter alia, have decided to issue 1,06,91,889 (One Crore Six Lac Ninety One Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Nine) convertible warrants of Rs 10/- (Ten) at a premium of Rs 41/- (Forty One Only) each on preferential basis aggregating to Rs 54,52,86,339/- (Fifty four crore fifty two lac eighty six thousand three hundred thirty nine only).
