Rathi Graphic Technologies Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 05, 2008, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:
1. To increase the authorized share capital of the Company from Rs 14.00 Crore to Rs 18.50 Crore and to accordingly amend the relevant clauses of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
2. To issue 35,06,800 Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- at a premium of Rs 20/- each on preferential basis aggregating to Rs 10,52,04,000/-.
