1. Adoption of approval of availability of name issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
2. Convey an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on February 29, 2008 for the approval of the members for change in name of the Company from NEENA CONSULTANTS LTD to NEW MARKETS ADVISORY LTD.
