Mafatlal Finance Company Ltd has informed that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on January 31, 2008, inter alia, have approved and passed the following resolutions:
1. Adoption of Accounts, Auditors Report, Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Vinod Ojha as a Director.
3. Appointment of M/s. R Prabhu and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. C C Chokshi & Co., the retiring statutory auditors who have not offered themselves for reappointment.
