JPT Securities Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2008, has decided to sale / dispose of three Wind Turbines Generators subject to necessary approvals and passing of Resolution u/s 293(1)(a) through Postal Ballot under Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Ru1es, 2001.
Board has further fixed February 05, 2008 as the cut off date for the purpose of sending notices through Postal Ballot.
