IO System Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 08, 2008, had approved the delisting of shares of the Company from all the Stock Exchanges i.e. The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd and The U.P. Stock Exchange Association Ltd.
