To issue 2500,000 (Twenty Five Lac Only] Equity Shares of Rs 10/ each for cash at par on preferential basis to private investors whether linked to promoters or not under authority of Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 & subject to SEBI Guidelines dated August 04, 1994 (including any amendment to or reenactment thereof) issued to cover preferential issues.
