Silverline Technologies Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2007, has allotted the Preferential Convertible Share Warrants to the allottees, in line with the approval taken from the members at the Annual General Meeting and the Exchange.
Board has appointed M/s. B N Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants to act as an internal auditor for the Company.
