Jindal Online.Com Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 31, 2007, have accorded their consent to appoint M/s. Mehra Anil & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual Vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s. Ashokkumar S Gupta & Company the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
