Cranes Software International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2008, has approved the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares of Engineering Technology Associates Inc., USA (ETA), through its Wholly owned subsidiary Cranes Software Inc., USA and will invest Rs 720 million approx. in acquisition cost and immediate investments in product upgrades / alliances / infrastructure modernization, expansion, etc.
