Visesh Infotecnics - Outcome of Board Meeting

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed that the Company has successfully closed its maiden Global Depository Receipts (GDR) offering of US $ 10,000,000 on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) on December 04, 2007. Consequently the Board of Directors at its meeting held on December 04, 2007, allotted 4,654,762 GDRs representing 9,309,524 Equity Shares having par value Rs 10 at an offer price of USD 2.148 per GDR.
