Sunteck Realty - Outcome of Board Meeting

Sunteck Realty Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2007 has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Mr. V Hari Krishna as the Nominee Director of Kotak Mahindra Trusteeship Services Ltd - A/c Kotak Alternate Opportunities (India) Fund on the Board of the Company.

2. Adoption of new Articles of Association of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of Postal Ballot.

3. Approval of the Postal ballot timeline and authority to Board to complete all formalities related thereto.
