Solid Granites - Outcome of Board Meeting

Solid Granites Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2007, has resolved to issue 4,00,000 Equity Shares and 3,00,000 Equity Share Warrants on Preferential basis to Investors at a price not less than the price prescribed under Guidelines for Preferential Issues contained in Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection Guidelines 2000) subject to necessary approvals, consents and sanctions as may be required.
