Sanwaria Agro - Board Meeting Dec 19, 2007

Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 19, 2007, to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company on January 18, 2008, to obtain the approval of shareholders for the following:

1. To split the Equity Shares of the Company from Rs 2/- Per Share to Rs 1/- Per Share.

2. To alter the Clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
