Ruchi Soya - Board Meeting on Dec 24, 2007

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed that the Company has received in-principle approval of Stock Exchanges for preferential allotment of 3,53,25,000 warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company.
The Company has further informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24, 2007, inter alia, for allotment of the said warrants of the Company.
