Oricon Enterprises - Outcome of AGM

Oricon Enterprises Ltd has informed that the members at the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 22, 2007 have passed the following business unanimously.

1. Approval and adoption of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account and reports of Directors and Auditors thereon, for the year ended June 30, 2007.

2. Declaration of dividend @ Rs 1/ per equity share.

3. Reappointment of Shri Vinod Mimnai and Shri S J Taparia as Directors of the Company.

4. Reappointment of M/s Khandelwal Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company.
