Noble Explochem - Outcome of Board Meeting

Noble Explochem Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 22, 2007, inter alia, has considered, revival of Companys unit at Nagpur.

The Company is in the process of completing the formalities of transferring / assigning the debts of the bank.

The Company is in negotiation with another Company for reviving its business activities. The Company is in process of starling the operations of the unit which was in the possesion of the bank.
