KJMC Global - Outcome of EGM

KJMC Global Market India Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 08, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the Board to offer, issue and allot to I. C. Jain, HUF, the person belonging to the Promoter Group of the Company, in one or more lot(s) / tranches on preferential basis, upto 2,20,500 (Two Lacs Twenty Thousand Five Hundred only) Fully Convertible Warrants to be convertible in to equal number of fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price to be determined in accordance with the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
