JIK Industries - Outcome of Board Meeting

JIK Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2007, has considered the following business:

1. Allotted 2,02,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each @ a premium of Rs 3.80 (i.e. aggregate price Rs 13.80 per share) to investors.

2. The allotment of 4,16,98,100 partly paid-up Equity Shares to Promoters will be considered after getting in-principle approval from the exchange and fulfilling other compliances.
