Interfit Techno - Outcome of EGM

Interfit Techno Products Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 08, 2007, inter alia, have approved to lease the Foundry Division of the Company to such parties willing to take on lease, on such terms and conditions, which may deem fit in the best interests of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
