i-flex Solutions - Outcome of Board Meeting

i-flex Solutions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2007, has allotted 1,200 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by applicant employee of the Company.

With this, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands at Rs 418,714,705/- divided into 83,742,941 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
