Emkay Share - Outcome of Board Meeting

Emkay Share & Stock Brokers Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 01, 2007, has considered the following subject to Shareholders & other Regulatory Approvals:

1. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 25 Crores to Rs 40 Crores.

2. Increase in Borrowing Powers of Board from Rs 100 Crores to Rs 300 Crores.

3. Change in the name of the Company.

4. Granting Stock Options under ESOP Scheme-2007.

5. Raise the Funds up to Rs 250 Crores through Qualified Institutional Placement.

6. Call an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company.
