Bartronics India - Outcome of Board Meeting

Bartronics India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on December 18, 2007 has allotted 1,49,828 Equity Shares against Conversion of FCCBs by the Bond Holders.
Consequently, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increase from 1,93,17,358 shares to 1,94,67,186 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as on date.
