VBC Industries - Outcome Of Board Meeting

VBC Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2007, has confirmed routine matters including the Circular Resolution u/s 293(1)(a) (cf. para e of the agenda) and the Board decided to discuss the remaining items relating to other items on the agenda plus the matter that may come up in the next meeting which is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2007, to which all the Board members unanimously agreed at the end of the day to adjourn the meeting to continue discussion i.e. November 30, 2007.
