Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 10,20,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 20/- each including premium of Rs 10/- per share on conversation of Equity warrants allotted on preferential basis to M/s. Corporate Strategies Pvt Ltd in accordance with the resolution passed by the shareholders in their meeting held on February 28, 2006, for which in principal approvals have already been received.
