Simbhaoli Sugars - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2007, has proposed to issue 31,00,000 warrants convertible at the option of the warrant holders within 18 months from the date of allotment into equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company at a price of Rs 39/- each (including premium of Rs 29/- per equity share) to specified promoters and to convene an extra-ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company on December 29, 2007.
