The Board has taken note that Honble High Court of Gujarat has ordered to convene meeting of Equity Shareholders on December 27, 2007 for approval of Amalgamation of the Company with Bodal Chemicals Ltd. The said Extra Ordinary General Meeting (Court Convened Meeting) of Equity Shareholders will be held on December 27, 2007 for approval of Amalgamation of the Company with Bodal Chemicals Ltd as directed by Honble High Court of Gujarat.
