Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares of the Company shall be made to BENNETT, COLEMAN & CO. LTD. to the extend of Rs 15 Crores and price will be decided as per SEBI Guidelines Chapter XIII of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2002.2. Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company shall be convened on December 05, 2007 for allotment of equity shares on preferential basis to BENNETT COLEMAN & CO. LTD.
