Kajaria Ceramics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2007 had approved issuance of 1,27,00,000 convertible warrants to the promoters and promoters group and the same was also been approved by the members of the Company in their Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2007.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 17, 2007 decided to cancel the issuance of the proposed convertible warrants to the promoters and its group.
