Interfit Techno Products Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2007, has decided to lease out the Foundry Division of the Company to such parties willing to take on lease, on such terms and conditions, which may deem fit in the best interests of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on December 08, 2007.
