Deccan Aviation Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2007, 73710 equity shares of Rs 10/ each were allotted to the employees against exercise of equivalent stock options under ESOP - 2005.
Out of the said allotment, Col. Jayanth K Poovaiah Executive Director has been allotted 55385 equity shares Rs 10/- each against the exercise of equivalent options.
