Continental Credit & Investments Ltd has informed that in terms of the provision of section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956 and subject to the approval, concurrence of the Central Government and other competent authorities, it is proposed to change the name of the Company to CONTIL INDIA LTD.
The Board of Directors meeting will be held on November 09, 2007 wherein as one of the businesses the change of name is to be considered along with schedule of holding the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the company.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, represented by the office of the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat have accorded the availability of the name viz. CONTIL INDIA LTD.
